Tasks & Responsibilities: 

    • Manage Enterprise Accounts: You will be the dedicated contact for key enterprise clients across EMEA - starting with Central Europe and gradually expanding into new countries.
    • Act as Strategic Partner: You will support customers holistically throughout their lifecycle - from onboarding to workshops, trainings, and long-term strategic collaboration.
    • Drive Growth and Satisfaction: You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, helping customers extract more value while boosting retention and expansion.
    • Lead Business Reviews: You will regularly conduct business reviews, offer data-driven insights, and provide tailored strategic recommendations.
    • Collaborate Across Teams: You will work closely with sales, product management, marketing, support, and service teams—locally and globally—to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Align with Global Colleagues: You will maintain regular exchange with our teams in the US and Asia to ensure consistent support for global accounts.
    • Build New Relationships: You will strategically engage with underpenetrated accounts and new prospects—no pure cold calling, but thoughtful outreach to relevant decision-makers.

Skills & Experience:

    • Background in Customer-Facing Roles: You have at least 2 years of experience in enterprise sales, customer success, account management, or a related field.
    • Understanding of Corporate Structures: You are familiar with complex organizational setups and buying centers in larger companies.
    • Experience in International Environments: You’ve worked with clients across borders and understand how to adapt your approach in multicultural contexts.
    • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the enterprise printing and imaging industry, particularly with multifunction device manufacturers, is a strong plus.
    • Strong Communication Skills: You are structured, independent, and confident—whether presenting remotely or face-to-face.
    • Language Skills: You speak fluent English. German is a big plus, and additional languages like French, Spanish, Dutch, or Italian are very welcome.
    • Willingness to Travel: You’re open to traveling about 30% of the time to stay close to clients and colleagues across the EMEA region.
