Tasks & Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop a modern, infrastructure as a code cloud platform on AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
  • Define standards, guidelines, and procedures for development teams to interact with our cloud infrastructure.
  • Automate deployment of the infrastructure using CI/CD.
  • Set up modern security practices for all the steps of the software development/delivery process.
  • Monitor, audit, optimize, scale and improve cloud infrastructure performance and costs.
  • Develop strategies for upgrades, migrations, backups, and disaster recovery.
  • Understand developers´ needs and build incredible solutions to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Continuously discover and evaluate new technologies and share your knowledge.
  • Taking ownership of the infrastructure's quality standards.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining infrastructure documentation.
  • Be part of an international and cross-functional agile team throughout all phases of the software lifecycle.

Skills & Experience:

  • Curious, and independent with analytic thinking.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
    • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
    • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex systems and performance issues.
    • Lots of enthusiasm for solving challenging problems, learning new things and really making a difference in the organisation.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude. Additionally, you speak English fluently.
