Tasks & Responsibilities: 

    • You identify and acquire new customers ("Hunting") – from initial contact to contract signing.
    • You are responsible for the continued support of acquired new customers ("Farming"), including active cross- and upselling.
    • You develop strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding into new application areas for our products and implement them.
    • You participate in trade fairs and events (as an exhibitor or for new customer acquisition).
    • By effectively using our CRM system (Salesforce), you engage in active pipeline management.
    • To optimally meet customer requirements, you work closely with internal departments, particularly the Inside Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
    • Continuous market observation and identification of new business opportunities are also part of your responsibilities.

Skills & Experience:

    • New Business is your passion and strength.
    • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in the field of technical products. However, we are also open to candidates from other industries.
    • Your good technical understanding helps you identify new application areas for our products with your customers.
    • The CRM is not just a place for reports for you; you use it as a tool for active pipeline management.
    • You are business fluent in French and English. German language skills would be a benefit, but are not required.
    • You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a winning and convincing personality.
    • Initiative, determination, and high motivation to acquire new customers and expand existing business relationships distinguish you.
    • You reside in France or Germany and are willing to travel within the sales region.
