Markets and industries served include electric vehicle charging, industrial automation, medical equipment, secure printing, and others. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a hunter mentality. In this critical sales role, you will be expected to focus on new business across all use cases and markets. Candidates should have a proven track record of B2B sales success as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships at multiple levels in the customer base to position ELATEC as a strategic partner to the customer.

Tasks & Responsibilities: In this role you will….

  • focus your activities on new business and create demand for ELATEC product offerings across all use cases and markets in France and French-speaking countries
  • build and foster relationships with potential customers and build contact networks within customer’s engineering, purchasing and product management organizations
  • manage and follow up on your customers and ensure the best possible customer experience in regards to products and services
  • strongly cooperate with your colleagues in Tele Sales and Channel Sales
  • drive opportunities and establish a winning strategy
  • build an area sales plan to reach goals across your assigned territory

Skills & Experience: our new colleague….

  • ideally has a Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Engineering, Engineering Technology or a related field
  • has 3+ years experience in a similar role in a technical environment, RFID experience or background in Electronic industry is a plus
  • takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience
  • is a hunter with experience in identifying new opportunities, prospecting and generating sales growth with technical products as well as a strong relationship builder
  • has excellent negotiation as well as presentation skills and demonstrates them on social media as well as at customers workshops and trade fairs
  • speaks French on native level plus German or English fluently
